DiNorah Records is a record label based in Chicago, specialized in flamenco guitar, jazz, and contemporary music projects. DiNorah Record’s purpose is to represent, promote, and further our artists career by expanding their performing opportunities, help them reach new audiences, and provide a supportive environment for the artist to focus on their talent and creativity to achieve their artistic goals and dreams.
Our team and founding members have expertise in binational relations between Mexico and the United States through organizations, institutions, governments, and academic institutions, as well as a network of connections in Spain.
Founded by a family of Mexican immigrants, as a label we aim to produce high impact community projects. We are a socially responsible business promoting the access to musical education, arts and culture to minorities, and diversity in the performing arts.

Nora Sotelo
CEO & Founder
Nora (64) is an entrepreneur in the creative industries and a cultural and performing arts manager with 22 years of experience promoting Flamenco Guitar Concert and Jazz music. She is also an advisor for binational projects MX-USA and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Technological University in Cd. Guzmán, Jalisco, Mexico.
Braulio Salcedo
President & Co-Founder
Braulio is an entrepreneur in the creative industries. He works as a software engineer in the pharmaceutical industry, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Dominican University. Braulio began playing music since he was 5 years old, and has become a skilled drummer, percussionist and beat producer.
Diego Salcedo
IT & Operations Manager
Diego is a versatile team member overseeing IT and operations. He holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from NEIU and is a Data Analyst with a focus on the creative industries. Diego is also an accomplished musician, regularly playing guitar in Chicago's Musical theater scene and a music educator.
Hugo Salcedo
Executive Assistant
Hugo is a proficient flamenco guitarist with extensive experience and knowledge in the flamenco field. He is the creator, director, and founder of the family-oriented Salcedo Group, a musical and educational movement. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in Computer Science.
Andrea Salcedo
Representative
Andrea represents Dinorah Records in Spain. She is a flamenco guitarist who has already performed at some of the most prestigious flamenco festivals. Andrea has a B.A. in Music Performance from NIU, and she is currently pursuing a Masters in Flamenco Guitar at the Conservatorio Superior de Musica Creativa in Madrid.
